I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the gym which I really enjoyed using. The location couldn't have been better, as it was just a short walk from the city center and the famous old square. this hotel provided a clean and convenient experience in a great location.

During our stay at Amber Boutique Hotels, we were amazed by the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. We had booked a deluxe room with breakfast, and on our last day, when we had to leave early, the hotel thoughtfully prepared food bags for us to take along. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was delicious. Additionally, the hotel promptly responded to our emails and helped us arrange transportation and tours at reasonable prices. The room and the entire hotel were clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel. we can't wait to return and stay here again!

This hotel is a gem! It is conveniently located close to the Old Town and city center of Krakow, making it easy to explore all the sights and attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the basic amenities you need, including a comfortable bed and even a sofa. I loved that my room had a balcony, it was such a nice touch. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, always willing to help with any requests or inquiries. And let's not forget the breakfast - while the filter coffee could be better, there's a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel rooms were great value for money. We were upgraded to a deluxe room for free and it was well equipped and clean. the staff were exceptional, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions.

The breakfast could have been better. Although it was good, there could have been more variety, especially in terms of fresh fruits and juices.

Air con worked well, cute garden, cooperative staff- allowed late check out. Great location- 5mins to main square. Good breakfast, warm and comfortable rooms, toiletries provided, excellent shower and bath. Thoughtful staff when I needed to leave early, packed breakfast for me. Prompt and accommodating communication, stored bags for tour. Exceptional hotel.
